When your pet stays with us
When your pet stays with us, they become part of our everyday home life. We want them to feel safe, relaxed and loved.
They’re free to make themselves comfortable, with access to sofas, cosy spots around the house and our private garden. They can spend time with us whenever they want company or find their own quiet space when they’d rather have some alone time. The house is theirs to roam and settle into at their own pace.
We keep things small and personal so we can get to know each pet properly and follow their usual routine as closely as possible. We carefully consider each animal’s personality, temperament and needs before placing them with others, so dogs are only introduced to each other when we’re confident they’ll be comfortable and compatible. We will only care for a maximum of three dogs at a time.
For pets who find it difficult to settle or become a little restless in a new environment, we create a quiet, cosy space and give them all the time and reassurance they need.
We’ll always ask you to bring their usual food so there’s no unnecessary change to their diet while they’re away from home. If treats are allowed, we only give 100% natural, freeze-dried treats, and we’ll always follow any dietary requirements, allergies or preferences you let us know about.
And because we know how much you’ll miss them, we’ll send you daily photo updates so you can see how they’re getting on.
